Notably, the project has been implemented with an outstanding and effective progress, only in less than 8 months from the time the investment policy was approved till the project’s energization. This progress not only demonstrates the determination in the Owner’s direction but also clearly proofs the effective coordination between the units implementing the project.
PECC1 - Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 1 - has played an important role in ensuring the progress and optimal technical quality of the project. PECC1 was trusted by the Client to sign contract package number PB2.G04, it has accompanied from the first steps with tasks including:
- Investigation consultancy;
- Feasibility Study Report Preparation;
- Technical Design Preparation;
- Construction Drawings Design – Cost Estimation Preparation;
- Conversion of forest land use purpose, preparation of environmental registration dossier;
- Information security dossier Preparation.
With extensive experience and high professional capacity, PECC1 has showed its important role in the project implementation process, contributing to the project's completion on schedule compared to the plan.
The completion of the project not only enhances the power distribution capacity, meeting the demand for load development to serve the socio-economic development of Thai Nguyen and Bac Giang provinces, but also creates a strong connection between areas in the power system, reducing power and electricity losses, thereby contributing to improving the overall operational efficiency of EVN and the national power system.
